Debentures continue to decline. February rate was priced at 2.63%. This past year the debenture rates were as follows:

As our Fiscal Year comes to an end, we have funded 18 Loans under the SBA 504 program for over $13.2 Million in total project costs and approved 13 for over $9.9 Million in totoal project costs creating more than 75 jobs throughout Fresno, Tulare and Kings counties.
