The Certified Development Corporation dba Business Finance Center of Tulare County's primary mission is to assist small businesses within the State of California. This will be accomplished through financing programs of the U.S. Small Business Administration's 504 fixed asset financing, other federal and state financing programs. The BFC works collaboratively with governmental agencies, lending institutions and businesses throughout the State of California to bring a unified effort to expand and diversify the   business community.
