Lindsay Fruit Company, LLC, was established in 1998 as a limited liability company located in Lindsay, CA.. The company specializes in the packaging and marketing of Navel and Valencia oranges grown in Tulare, Fresno and Kern Counties. They pack over 1830 cartons of citrus per year and create 88 jobs per year.

The company partners are Tim Bentley, General Manager and Sales Manager, Dimitri Gardikas, President, and Toshi Zouras, Vice President and Secretary. The partners have extensive experience in the citrus industry.

With the proceeds from the original 504 loan, the partners were able to purchase the real estate at the first location and have since purchased a second facility. The RLF and IRP loans were used to purchase updated machinery and cold storage equipment. The second location also includes a cold storage facility which has enabled them to expand into stone fruit packaging. They have also added 3 de-greening rooms - a process which was previously done by outside sources. This facility also has 3 loading docks which allows them to load additional trucks during the day eliminating the need for a night shift.
