Dr. Cesar Ramos is a general surgeon, specializing in vascular surgery, and has received numerous awards and acknowledgements for his work and medical papers. He has also done considerable medical service through medical mission trips to Peru, Mexico and Honduras. He is very dedicated to providing medical services to the underprivileged and the growing elderly population.

This expansion of his office was sparked once Tulare Regional Community Medical Center announced its expansion, which would take over his existing location. Dr. Ramos discussed the move with his bank and the Business Finance Center went to work to finance the project with 90 percent financing. With this new expansion, Dr. Ramos will be able to recruit a full-time vascular surgeon to perform operative and endovascular procedures to enhance vascular services in the community. This new location doubled the size of his office, allowing room for his growing patient base.
