SBA 504 Loan Program

The 504 program gives small business owners access to 90 percent financing at a low-cost, fixed-rate. Typically, 504 loans can be used for small business owners who wish:
	To own workplace-retail, a professional building, a manufacturing facility or warehouse OR;
	To build a new building for business, office, restaurant, hotel or franchise operation, OR
	To purchase machinery or equipment.
	As shown in the pie chart, the 504 loan cuts in half the 20 percent downpayment that would ordinarily be required of the business owner. (Based upon good credit history and other considerations.)

Brothers Too, LLC was formed in 2006 by Bruce and Ed Evans. They have been active in real estate sales, development and management for over 20 years. Ed Evans owns and operates RE/MAX and Bruce Evans owns and operates Bruce Evans Property Management Inc. They came to the Business Finance Center for 90 percent financing for their newly constructed 9,000-square-foot office building, which houses both of their businesses. This new location allowed both of them to have a central location just off Highway 198 with plenty of room for all of their employees.
