Since 1990 Michael has been a part of the SBA lending industry, first as a loan officer with the Fresno District of the SBA, then in various lending and managerial positions with three Central Valley SBA lenders. Michael is presently the Government Guaranteed Lending Manager at Suncrest Bank which offers Government Guaranteed Loans (SBA & B&I) throughout Central California. Through his career, Michael has been involved in the development, underwriting, and closing of SBA loans, as well as working with clients who are having difficulties performing on their loans.
Michael is a native of Clovis, California and has been a lifelong resident of the Valley. He is a graduate of CSU Fresno in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in Finance. In addition to his position with Suncrest, Michael is a board member of the Business Finance Center (Tulare County CDC) and is a member of NAGGL (The National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders), and the Finance Committee for the Fresno County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.

Carl has over 50 years in broadcasting. He started during the Korean War with the Armed Forces Radio and the Army Intelligence. Carl brings with him over 50 years in marketing and telecommunications. He has owned and managed his own radio stations starting in 1954 up to 1990 with KSEQ 97.1FM. Carl is a SCORE counselor with the U.S. Small Business Administration and owns and operates Carl L. Switzer & Associates Marketing Consultants.

Carri, a Certified Economic Developer, provides community and economic development services to cities and counties throughout California. She has worked with many companies and agencies; developing industrial properties through industrial development bonds, grant programs and business loan financing. Carri has 18 years of public service and has worked with the business community. Her experience includes project management of small city applications and program implementation of State Housing and Community Development Department for Community Development Block Grants - including General/Native American, Economic Development and Planning/Technical Assistance, Economic Development Administration, USDA-Rural Development and others, totaling over eight million dollars in successful programs.

Linda Wammack is the Development Associate for the City of Porterville, where she has worked for 20 years. She works in the Community Development
Department- Economic Development Division, where she works to expand, retain and recruit new businesses to Porterville. She meets with local and potential businesses to address opportunities in the community, sustains partnerships with various employment training and development organizations.
She received her AA degree in Business Administration from Porterville College and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the CAEZ (California Association of Enterprise Zones representing Tulare County Targeted Tax Area. |

Philip has been in banking since 1987. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University and Cal State Bakersfield receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master in Business Administration. Philip is a member of several organizations and clubs including Tulare Chamber of Commerce, Tulare Rotary, CASA, Big Brother/Big Sisters, Selma Community Hospital Foundation and Leadership Selma. |

Carolyn Rose has been the executive director of CSET, a non-profit training program, since 1982. Previously she was the Operations Director for a PIC in Florida and earlier worked as a teacher and was a partner in the restaurant industry. Carolyn, who holds an MA from the University of Oregon, serves on the Workforce Investment Board Executive Committee, is the chair of the Employment Connection Council, serves on the Child Care Planning Council and the Health and Human Services Advisory Council for Tulare County, and is Vice President of the National Association of Service and Conservation Corps. |

Harroll Wiley is Vice President Relationship Manager for TriCounties Bank in Visalia. In this capacity, he serves as manager of the Visalia branch overseeing all lending and operations. He specializes in agricultural loans with an emphasis on dairies. Previously, Harroll was Vice President, Agribusiness Relationship Officer with California Federal Bank, also in Visalia. Harroll has been in banking for more than 32 years. A graduate of Fresno State University, Harroll is chairman of the board of the Tulare County Economic Development Corporation, is treasurer of the board of Tulare County Workforce Investment Board, and is chairman of the board of the Farmersville High School Ag Committee. |
